"My family and I have had State Farm through Chad Wagner’s office for decades. You won’t find a better agency to work with. Each person there is friendly and personable and takes a genuine interest in you as an individual. They’re quick to respond to your inquiries, and very communicative- always on top of keeping you informed if there’s going to be a change to a policy or action what will be needed from you as the policy holder. I also appreciate that they’re honest when it comes to your options as regards to coverage and price. They won’t try to sell you something you don’t need or want, but they will recommend the best product based on what you’re looking for. It’s always a pleasant experience with this agency.
